Payment Details ♡
We only accept Payments through Bank Transfer/ Fund Transfer to our POSB Savings Accounts.
Please take a picture and email us the receipt of your payments. If you've no receipt or fail to email us, payments not counted. Sorry!
All payments must be done within 48 hours after receiving an invoice from us.
Order Details ♡
If you missed out your colour or size, please fill in another order form within 24hours . Otherwise random choice will be made for you.
No exchange or refunds unless your items are out of stock. So please put an alternative colour.
Items takes 7-14 working days to arrive.
If you fail to submit your orders in time or cancel your orders, you'll be blacklisted and banned from SPREEOHZ.
Please kindly allow us to have 2 to 3 working days time to sort out the items before conducting any collection mode.
Prices are fixed. So please don't ask for discounts unless you're getting supply from us.
We have the rights to cancel any preorder if responses are bad or any unpaid orders
Collection Mode Details ♡
Normal Postage: $2 per item.
Registered Postage: $4 for every 5 items.
Self Collection at Block 101, Rivervale Walk. (Outside Level 1's Lift)
Other Details ♡
We're not responsible for any lost mail sent by Normal Postage, thus, Registered Postage is highly recommended.
For Self Collection, it's only available on weekdays(Monday-Friday), in the afternoon only.
Please check your item on the spot otherwise, we're not liable if you receive any defect items. And we won't be responsible if your items is damaged during delivery to you.
Items will be bubble-wrapped if it's fragile.
